At HEPHA, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip will be sent to your email for easy printing.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip inside, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
